The first night of your package is in Campbell River. This night is included in the package. Do you require any additional nights in Campbell River before or after your trip into Knight Inlet? (If so, please provide further details in the comment section at the bottom of this form.)
Please remember the first night of all packages is in Campbell River so for example a KILGB3 package is 1 night in Campbell River plus 2 nights at the Lodge. Due to Logistics and Operations the first night in Campbell River is not optional.
To complete the booking we require a $500 per person deposit.
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before arrival. Payment in full is required 45 days prior to Package Start Date

Balance due 45 days prior to arrival ► Cancellation prior to 90 days no charge ► 45 – 90 days prior to arrival → $500.00 per person cancellation fee ► 30 – 44 days prior to arrival → 60% of package price per person cancellation fee ► 0 – 29 days prior to arrival → 100% of package price per person cancellation fee
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances (weather related, transportation, and/or wildlife viewing issues, etc).
We strongly recommend Travel, Trip Interruption and/or Cancellation insurance for your protection
For complete details on our refund policy please refer to page 2 of the Rate Tariff and Program information document that you previously received. Once we have completed and confirmed your booking we will send you a confirmation sheet detailing costs, arrival and departure date etc.
