To complete the booking we require a $500 per person deposit. This deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before arrival. Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival with a 40% refund possible until 30 days prior. No refund inside 30 days.

► Cancellation prior to 90 days no charge

► 45 - 90 days prior to arrival - $500.00 per person cancellation fee

► 30 - 44 days prior to arrival - 60% of package price per person cancellation fee

► 0 - 29 days prior to arrival no refund

Refunds will not be issued for weather related and/or wildlife viewing issues.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL GUESTS PURCHASE THIRD PARTY TRAVEL INSURANCE and/or TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE and/or CANCELLATION INSURANCE
